What to Expect from the Workshop

BioVenture Bootcamp 2025 is more than just an event—it's a groundbreaking platform that brings together the next generation of leaders and trailblazing entrepreneurs in biomedical and health technologies.
Participants will form teams, create startup concepts, and develop innovative solutions—all culminating in a final presentation.
Expert mentors will offer guidance throughout the event. At the end of the workshop, each team will pitch their ideas on stage, and awards will be given based on the jury’s evaluations.

Workshop Schedule

A week before the event (May 11th), participants will take part in an online training and discussion session, designed to spark creativity and guide the early stages of idea development, creating startup concepts marking the beginning of this transformative experience.
This session will cover key topics such as business plan development, and each group will be assigned a dedicated mentor to guide them throughout the entire process. The online training platform will be announced in advance.
On Day One of the Bootcamp (May 17), participants will dive into topics such as investment in the MedTech sector, startup creation, innovative thinking, how to secure funding and managing intellectual property.
At the “Brainstorming” session, industry experts will mentor the workshop attendees, providing invaluable knowledge and inspiration, guiding them through this creative process.
On Day Two of the Bootcamp (May 18), at the “Biomedical Battle for the Next Big MedTech Breakthrough” session, each team will pitch their ideas on stage, and awards will be given based on the jury’s evaluations.

Workshop Groups

*The workshop is limited to 50 participants.

All participants will be organized into teams consisting of five members each.
Participants may register individually or as members of a pre-formed team.
If a team registers with fewer than five members, the organizers will assign additional participants to complete the team.
